Ryan is the co-owner of Solidity Financial and creator and host of the Life After Business podcast. He became a business junkie early in life as he watched his father grow a small technology company into one of the market leaders in Minneapolis. In 2014, he and his dad sold their business to a local competitor. The exit process was unexpectedly difficult. The lessons learned have led him to his current passion to help others gain control of their business and avoid a similar experience to what he had.

Tim is the former owner of Western Graphics, a 50 employee, general commercial printing company in the Twin Cities. He focused on building a fun, rewarding and winning work culture. Tim sold the business in 2016 to a strategic buyer and is enjoying life after business as an advisor, board member, and Allied Executives Peer Group Director.

Tom Vettel - Former Owner of Twincorp, Inc., Allied Executives Peer Group Director
Tom started his first company at age 23 with his father, Joe. Together, they grew Twincorp Master Distributor, Inc. into the largest cleaning supplies wholesaler in the Midwest. They sold the business to a strategic buyer in 2000. Since that date, Tom has spent his time as a CEO, investor, advisor, and board member. He has advised on both sides of more than 10 M&A transactions. Tom recently joined the Allied Executives team as a Peer Group Director.
