I am a seasoned leader and innovator with over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, now thriving as an entrepreneur. After a successful corporate career, I transitioned into business ownership by acquiring Barrett Lawn Care and Signature Pools.
My career began in marketing roles at Sara Lee and ConAgra Foods, and in 2005, I joined Molson Coors. Over the years at Molson Coors, I held a variety of key positions, including Coors Light Brand & Innovations Manager, Director of Digital Marketing for Coors, Director of National Accounts, and Global Vice President of Innovations. In these roles, I developed marketing strategies for 35 brands and led cross-functional teams focused on sales, marketing, and international business expansion.
For the past eight years, I have led the strategic direction of Barrett Lawn Care and Signature Pools, driving our growth from under $2 million to nearly $10 million in revenue. Our success is a direct result of our team's deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a relentless commitment to customer trust and satisfaction.
My broad corporate background, combined with my entrepreneurial spirit, also led me to Allied, where I have been an active member for several years. Today, I lead groups within the organization, helping fellow entrepreneurs tackle challenges, share solutions, and accelerate growth.
I am passionate about problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and collaborating with like-minded business owners. I believe in the power of shared experiences to help others overcome obstacles and drive success in today’s fast-paced business environment.
